With the growing economy in North Texas, there is new development in almost every direction. But what about older, more established areas in need of a spark? For more than 10 years, Fort Worth has been encouraging redevelopment efforts on the south end of downtown. And it’s finally taking place.
Pinnacle Bank opened a beautiful new location on Lancaster Avenue in late August, and that’s just the beginning. The five-story building will also host street-level retail stores and 130 loft apartments. In fact, more than 70 percent of the lofts are already leased.
Additionally, there will be two residential projects on each side of Pinnacle Bank Plaza. Burnett Lofts will offer 250 units while Cadillac Lofts will have 200 units. Once the ribbon-cuttings have taken place, more than 1,000 residents will join the area along Lancaster Avenue.
Congratulations to the City of Fort Worth, Pinnacle Bank, and the developers for their hard work and dedication in improving the south end of downtown.
