When it comes to non-residential building, April was a banner month for Dallas/Fort Worth.
According to a report by Dodge Data & Analytics, more than $1.5 billion in commercial projects began in April. And that number is almost three times more than the same period in 2016. For this year, commercial construction is up 6-percent.
